What a lovely few weeks it’s been around the village. The hall has been buzzing with activity — from the laughter drifting out of the keep‑fit class to the clatter of teacups at our Thursday Coffee Morning. It’s been wonderful to see familiar faces returning and plenty of new ones joining in. The hall really does feel like the heart of our little community, and every event reminds us how lucky we are to have such a welcoming space.

Looking ahead, we’ve got plenty to keep you busy. Our Summer Social is just around the corner, with homemade cakes, children’s games, and a raffle packed with brilliant local prizes. The craft group is also preparing a small exhibition of their latest makes, so do pop in and show them some support. As always, if you’ve got an idea for an activity or would like to volunteer, we’d love to hear from you. Here’s to another month of friendship, fun, and village spirit.
