Newton Solney Village Hall

Newton Solney Village Hall

Newton Solney Village hall is circa 100 years old and was built as a community hall by the Ratcliff family – originally big land owners of the village. In 1970’s it was purchased by the village and is now held in trust.

The Village hall hosts 3 community events (Plant sale, Village show and December Shoot), keep fit classes, art classes, social events (Tuesday club, coffee club and St Mary’s lunches, WI), rifle clubs, snooker and available for private hire for parties and other events. This community asset is looked after by trustee volunteers, elected on an annual basis at the April AGM.

The Village Hall is a lively hub of activity, offering a friendly mix of classes and social groups for all ages and abilities. From energising sessions like Yoga, Zumba, Pilates and Pickleball to the focus and discipline of our Karate Group, there’s something for everyone. It’s a place where the community comes together.
